Roller Stations

We supply idler roller stations with different toughing angles and manufacture 2-part, 3-part, as well as steering stations. All idler roller stations are individually designed according to customer specifications.
As a standard, we deliver the stations in hot-dip galvanized finish. Upon customer request, powder coating in RAL colors is also possible.

Please note that the design of these idler roller stations is not standardized.For installation, we recommend using our idler roller stations with HV fasteners according to ISO 14399.

Roller Garlands

Idler roller garlands are supplied in 2-, 3-, or 5-part configurations.
The rollers are connected by special stamped tabs and feature an external suspension. Upon customer request, various types of suspension are possible, e.g., eye hooks, round hooks, or other variants.
Special stamped tabs are used as connecting links, which are secured with the appropriate fastening elements.

Roller Holders

We supply roller holders (underbelt stations) in several versions:

Steel – hot-dip galvanized, Geomet 720H, or powder-coated in various RAL colours
Stainless steel – made from 1.4301 or 1.4401 material
The standard version is designed for SW 15
