A carrying roller consists of a cylindrical roller shell, a shaft, and a bearing unit with a multi-stage sealing system. During conveyor operation, the rollers rotate freely with the conveyor belt, supporting it and reducing friction. This lowers energy consumption and extends the service life of both the conveyor belt and the entire conveying system.

Precise bearing assembly with axial clearance control of no more than 0.2 mm prevents deformation, reduces rotational resistance, and ensures stable operation — even under the harshest operating conditions.
